Jack plug Headset is crazy?

I have a Lion Cast LX50 gaming headset.

I have reset my PC. Since then my PC has not recognized the jack plug. USB pins go with headsets.

I got the Lion Cast LX50 headset today.

Before that I had another one with the same problem.

What should I do? I bought a headset for 60 euro and I don't want to waste it.

BEFORE the reset everything was still working.

If I want to update drivers (headset), the following comes up:

Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device.

Windows found drivers for your device, but there was an error installing them.

A device connected to the system does not work.

When troubleshooting sound comes the following:

Problems found: Loudspeaker, headset, or headphones are not connected.

Of course my headset is connected.

Have you installed the audio program? For me this is e.g. The one from REaltek.

Where can I see if I have it installed? Where can I even install it?

60 euro is a lot.

I have 2 of
Ortophone. The best you can buy.

Your headseats will be ok. After one use they are not defective.

The socket itself has a wobble. Must be re-soldered.
