When will the Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing Edition be available?

My birthday is on August 27th and I would like to have the Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing Edition, unfortunately it is sold out everywhere and if it is available then sometimes from 500 euro upwards, which I definitely find too expensive.
