Does Saturn deliver despite the store being closed?

So I pre-ordered a game from saturn that should come out on March 20th. All shops (except grocery stores) are supposed to close. Well, so my question is whether Saturn still delivers the game?

And if you shouldn't deliver it on time anymore, then I would buy it in the Nintendo e-shop with a code card. But then I still have the pre-order, can I cancel the pre-order or send back if the game arrived after this corona thing? (I don't think so, but I wanted to ask anyway) because it's also a pre-order bonus and such.

Ki

Yes Saturn also delivers afterwards. Like Amazon, it comes from a central warehouse, which is not a business.

Fr

Preordering means picking up the part from the store. Nothing is delivered to you? Or is it?

cu

All "Lulli shops" that do not serve the sustainable supply of the population with essential things remain closed!

Tr

I guess it depends on whether it would be delivered by Saturn itself or via the post! However, it is only about "customer traffic" and there's no delivery! Otherwise all companies are up!

Pl

Thank you very much, I had already thought it, but still to be safe again 😅😊

Pl

But it is delivered home

Because a pre-order bonus was included, there was no other option than to deliver home.

Fr

Are you worried? Goods are delivered with DHL and not with Saturn.

Pl

Yes, no idea man I've been waiting for the game to be released for 7 months! 😂 you are worried

To

Yes, saturn delivers anyway, that's the service… If you still don't want the game and bought it online, you can cancel the order. All online purchases have a two week withdrawal period. This means that you can cancel the purchase contract up to two weeks after the online purchase.

To

No matter if store pickup or mailing. In the case of store pick-up, the contract states that the sale will be canceled after two weeks without a pick-up by Saturn…

you don't have to pick up the game

Fo

But you're really stupid too, aren't you?

Could also be that they close the camp (for a while)
