Nat type change at mobile hotspot?

I recently bought a Nintendo Switch and wanted to play Spaltoon 2 with my mobile hotspot from my phone. When I realized that you could not get in matches, I made a connection and found out that I had a NAT type C or D. I have a tariff from UPC (now apparently magenta) can you somehow change the NAT type?

Unfortunately it does not work
