I wanted to play the forest game with some friends about a week ago. However, that was not possible because I have type 3 nat.

My question: can I release ports with mobile hotspot ports? If yes how? (if it is important, I'm an Android user)

Not at all, you have to open ports for this and logically you don't have this access with hotspots. Normally you should be able to play with Nat type 3 without any problems.
I have now had a Nat type 3 for over 1 year and never had problems online and I got in everywhere.
Yes, in general I can play all games online.
But this has exceptions such as Minecraft (private game) or The Forest
So The Forest went to me a few weeks ago with no problems with the Nat guy. I gamble on the PC but it can be that the Sony servers are different.
