What is more worthwhile for me (xbox)?

I actually want to have the Xbox Series x, but it's sold out everywhere and I'm thinking of getting the series s. I already have a nintendo switch and a ps4. I tend to play single player games like Skyrim and Fallout. I often buy digital games as well as on CD, in the last two years even only digitally… However, I do not have to worry about the storage space of the S. 4k and I'm actually not really interested in it. Also i play games like ark, minecraft, naruto and dragonball. How about ray tracing on the s? And are all of the following games supported in the same way as on the series x?

Should I still save 100 euro until I have enough for the Series X and wait or get the S?

I would get the Series X / PS5 in that case. The difference to the S is very big and the 100 euro are definitely worth it.

Can you imagine why you can still buy the Series S even though less of it is produced.
