General Xbox 360 vs Xbox One Question: Which is worthwhile just for a game more?

I would like to get an Xbox because there's a collection of Serious Sam just for this console - and I just want to gamble on a console on the TV and not on the PC. I would like to Really only gamble this collection and pay as little as possible for console and accessories - but now I have seen that the Xbox one has more power… And I'm unsure - the one can also play xbox 360 games - and I do not know how strong that will affect performance: /
