Classifieds scam on Ebay?

I want to buy a Nintendo switch but have been warned of scammers twice. The switch I wanted to get would have cost 250 euro, I'm not sure it might be a scam. Do you think they're cheaters?

You should only buy on ebay classified ads if you can personally inspect and collect the goods.

THE MOST IMPORTANT thing is that the seller has PayPal. But if the seller says Paypal from friends or something then not. Hope could help you further

Is that a bargain price, the seller lives in Germany, how should you pay, how long has he been registered with the eBay classifieds?
