Buy a Nintendo Switch console on eve markt?

Hay I wanted to buy a Switch (the normal one, not a lite). I don't have that much money, though. On eBay there are currently only those with a minimum of 300 euro. I've now discovered eve Markt and don't know if the whole thing can be trusted. Maybe someone knows something about this eve market and can tell me whether you can shop there without worries?

This is the Switch Lite and I think you can get it cheaper elsewhere.

I only took the picture because I wanted the site's logo on it. My only concern is the website, whether you can shop there without worry. I have a Switch lite 😅

However, the site is dubious! Data from the imprint are stolen from https://www.eve.de.

You don't look 100 percent serious to me.

So could you order without worry or rather less? (I know that this is the lite only took the picture as a website example 😅)
