Witcher 3 PS4 brightness bug?

Hi, I set the brightness a little higher for witcher 3 on the ps4 (not pro). That went quite well until today, it looked like the "normal" game in a slightly lighter color. Now I wanted to continue playing, but now everything looks way too bright / overexposed. When I go to the settings, the background is even black and white, even if I go from the game to the PlayStation menu, everything is extremely bright until I close witcher 3. I have now set the brightness back to normal so it seems bearable, but the PlayStation menu remains so bright. Would be cool to know how to fix that. The console is connected to a Panasonic 4K television.
