Ebay classifieds, Nintendo Switch, scam or not?

I wanted to buy a Nintendo Switch from Ebay classifieds. Have been looking for a good deal for 2 days. The day before yesterday I found someone. She sent me pictures of the switch, street, Iban and her ID. I thought everything is perfect. She said that she has no PayPal and only works with cash or bank transfer. I wanted to go there but the problem was that it is a bit far. 3 hours there and back again, I have little time and energy. And that's why I transferred the money. Later I wrote that I transferred the money. She wrote Supi and all that.

Now the problem. She hasn't answered since yesterday. I wrote to her again today whether the money had arrived and was at the post office. Still no answer.

She also wrote that she has 2 twins and they had their birthday yesterday. But I haven't heard from her since yesterday.

Should I wait a few more days or do you think she screwed me?

Yes I know. Pick up is better. But a 6 hour drive is too much and costs time that I don't have.

Have to add something: The street is on the ID card.

Sigh…

And again what is now common here:

eBay classifieds is a regional advertising market that sells goods for cash on collection.

Have you transferred to a German bank account, recognizable by the DE in the IBAN?

Then wait a few more days, if nothing comes up, you file a complaint of commercial credit fraud against the bank account holder.

That won't bring your money back, you have to claim or sue for it under civil law; but it shows the other side that you mean business.

Please note, however, that as a buyer, you bear the risk of loss in accordance with Section 447 of the German Civil Code (BGB) if it is a private purchase with tracking shipping that has not been expressly agreed:

I think you should wait

NEVER handle such expensive purchases without buyer protection! So always pay for goods and services via PayPal or collect them in person, try them out and pay directly in cash. If you transfer, you can't get the money back and you also have no buyer protection.

I know that pickup is safe, but a 6 hour drive is too much.

Yes, it is a German IBAN. I checked everything before the transfer, whether everything is correct and not fake.

En

Yes I think the same.

Ev

And how do you want an ID; Check address? Impossible

the address may exist, but not yours

Fi

Just wait and see. The world is not just made up of cheaters.

Especially since today is not a banking day, so no bookings are made

But a 6 hour drive is too much and costs time that I don't have.

Then you just buy somewhere else. Easy as that.

She wrote Supi and all that.

Yeah, that's a real guarantee of course.

Save everything to be on the safe side, if you haven't already.
