Any technical device can break
Your device will likely be broken in a few years. Electrical devices are built today in such a way that they break after a few years.
Of course it can break, no technical device lasts forever.
Dust it regularly and make sure that it doesn't get too hot or too cold, then technical devices actually last a long time.
At some point it will break. It always depends on how the device is used. I still have my 1990 Nintendo Gameboy and it still works.
I don't think that's the case with Nintendo either! I know a lot of people who still have their Nintendo consoles before 2000 and now 20 years later they are still working. At that time actively used and later only occasionally. But they still work! Even though so many years have passed!
