My sister also wanted to play Minecraft once. She grabs her Switch, signs in with a Microsoft account and buys Nintendo Switch online, but nothing happens. What's the mistake?

Just close the application and then open it up

I already restarted the switch several times.

Maybe just restart. If that doesn't work then log in again with the Microsoft account and if that still doesn't work then just write Minecraft or stop Microsoft.
