Bugs with Pokémon Lets Go and Pokémon Go?

Hi, I bought a Nintendo Switch on Friday with the game lets Go Pikachu now I've connected my Pokémon Go account with lets go that went well but soon after that the battery of the switch went dead and now it wants to be mine all the time Pokémon Go account with the switch but it does not connect thanks for any help because I have already written support. (ie the white circle that turns that makes it all the time)

Does the switch perhaps have a function to reset?

The problem is that my phone is always looking for the connection to the switch and then it looks like in the picture so you would have to clear the switch from my Pokémon Go acc.
