Lost Pokemon game, restore score?

I have been missing my game Pokemon omega ruby for the Nintendo 3ds for a few months now. I have no idea where the game is. Question is: can I somehow restore my score when I buy the game again. The Pokémon lovers understand how hard it is to lose hundreds of captured Pokémon, shinys and legendary ones. Can somebody help me somehow? I'm totally desperate.

As far as I know, the data is stored on the game, so no. It may be that I'm wrong, but actually I'm relatively sure. I also did shiny breeding, bred many shinys and soft reset… I'm really sorry for you.

Unfortunately this is not possible because the data of the games are stored on the cards. Did you lose the game somewhere?

That is really a shame. Unfortunately, I do not know where I could have lost it.

On switch, a lost game card would not be a problem as the switch stores in the system. This is unfortunately not the case with the 3DS, and apart from Monster Hunter, I'm not aware of any (e) game (series) that also stores with the game card in the system.
