Nintendo Switch joystick not charging?

I have a little problem. I bought a Nintendo Switch yesterday and the right joystick has gone empty, but who I want to load the switch does not indicate that the right one is charging. I have had it charged for an hour now, but only the screen has charged. I have no problems with the left one, which can be charged normally.
