So I would like to load Pokémon's on my GameBoy I can switch from ds to the GameBoy I have Pokémon Yellow Edition and Blue Edition and on the ds I have SoulSilver is it possible and if so how?
This is possible with the GameBoy Link Cable. However, you would also need a second Gameboy.

You can't play between two trades that are not from the same generation. Also, you can't go from Nintendo to Gameboy since Nintendo has a different reading and writing technique, but as far as I know, the reverse is possible.
To bring Pokemon from one to another is only going upwards from old to new but never down (new to old). Say from the DS you get nothing to the older games
From old to new, it is possible with intermediate steps. From red or blue via Gameboy Link cable to silver. From there, also with cable to an Advance system on a ruby / sapphire / emerald / fire red / leaf green edition. In order to transfer them from there into the 4th Generation (Diamond / Perl) you need one of the first DS consoles that have an advance slot. Once you have them there, you can easily transport them higher, as long as you have 2 DSs available.
