Change Nat Type for Nintendo Switch?

I would like to play multiplayer games on my switch. But this is not possible, since no connection to the Nintendo servers can be established. This is apparently due to the NAT type. How can I change this? I have a FritzBox 7590. There I have already activated the independent port release on my switch. Just like Exposed Host. But none of it helped. Is that generally not possible with my router or does anyone have an idea what I can do?
