Nintendo switch sd card, data problem?

I had another new Nintendo Switch brought and had used in the new the sd card I had to forward in the old switch now to my problem. After inserting the sd card I should format it but if i did that all memory and game data would be lost too. How can I save the old game data and also memory data or use it on the new switch?

You can load the data from selected games from your old switch to the cloud and reload it after formatting on your new switch.
