This dating app?

I saw a beautiful woman today and missed to speak to her.

Much to me, however, that she had an app open where Sims-like avatars were running (or Nintendo wii me). I hope that it is a dating app and that I could get a second chance.

Does anyone know this app?

This is where Snapchat comes to my mind, they have avatars but they are not a dating app
