EBay scam?

I bought a Nintendo Switch about a week ago on EBAY not classified ads…

I know there are many fraudsters, but I thought that on eBay you would also have the buyer protection from eBay itself via bank transfer.

Write to the seller again, if that doesn't help, open a case on eBay that you have transferred but have not yet received any goods.
