Buy already installed games again?

Tomorrow together I borrowed the games Lego City Undercover and Lego Harry Potter for the Nintendo Switch from the city library. Yesterday I saw that the two games are on Nintendo eShop I'm offering. My question is can I buy the two games again even though I have already installed and played them? Rather, I can buy the games and just keep playing without a card.
