I was playing a game on my switch earlier and suddenly I had a still image. I switched it off manually as recommended with the power button but since then it can no longer be switched on. If I hold down the power button for a few seconds, the Nintendo symbol pops up and then it turns black again. It is charged, so it can't be due to the battery.
The switch was only bought in early February.
What can it be or did someone ever have the same problem?
In the event of a technical defect, there's nothing you can (and should!) Do other than take advantage of the guarantee and send the device for repair.
