German Nintendo switch membership on japanese nintendo account?

I own a European Nintendo switch console and have created a second Japanese Nintendo account and I'm wondering now if I buy a nintendo switch single membership in Germany and would now enter it in the Japanese eShop if it would work? I ask for help.

Many coupon codes (Google Play or so) are only for the right currency. I would simply create a German or European account in your place.
