Connect Xbox One S controller with switch via wireless adapter from Microsoft?

I plan to buy a Nintendo Switch. My question is whether I can connect my Xbox controller with the Xbox wireless stick, which was actually intended for connecting the controller for my PC, to the switch?

The stick I have for this is here -> https://www.google.de/...F9FNgyRYDM

Only licensed accessories are compatible with the Nintendo Switch.
An Xbox controller is not one of them. You need a Hori-Pad or a Pro-Controller, or Joy-Cons etc. For the Nintendo Switch.

That is wrong. Sure, you can't just take controllers from other consoles on the switch, but with an adapter that's fine and that's what it's all about. I never know what the Microsoft adapter is like, but there are adapters that ensure that I can use any controller on the switch. I have an adapter and games with my Wii U Pro controller on the switch.

Why buy an adapter when a horipad costs 20 euro and has the same buttons?
In the case of the cost factor, the adapter is not necessarily cheaper.
A pro controller also only costs 45 euro.

Before I buy an adapter for 12 euro or 15 euro in order to be able to use an existing controller, it makes sense to directly purchase compatible hardware, which will then certainly work and make no fuss.

That is nonsense. In his case he already has an adapter, which he also uses for other things, if it works he has no cost. If that works, he doesn't have to spend money on a controller.

But to the adapter I mean. I could have explained it more precisely, but with the adapter you can use a lot of different controllers on PC and switch. So I have a Wii U Pro controller for 20 euro and an adapter for 20 euro and with the two I can play everything on my computer and the switch.

Why should I spend 60 euro on a pro controller, although it works just as well, but can only be used on the switch if I can also play on the computer for less money.

Instead of buying such a Hori Pad, which is not even officially from Nintendo, I can play with the original Wii U Pro controller with the same buttons.
