I bought a Nintendo Switch from Shpock for 350 euro (it is new) including shipping from Austria.
The seller has already sold some consoles and other things and always has good reviews. I also personally wrote to 2 buyers and both said everything was fine.
He sent me photos of how it would go, so with an address label and a receipt from the post office from other sales, with tracking numbers on it. I entered 2 numbers on the Swiss Post website and both said that the package had arrived.
Overall, I have a very good feeling with the seller, but he said that I can pay friends via bank transfer or PayPal. Is it still safe because it is always said that payment via PayPal friends are mostly fraudsters?
Even if you pay by PayPal as a business customer, YOU can be the fraudster and get the money back, even though you have received the goods. All a double-edged sword.

Pay simply by bank transfer. It is legal. Goods and services may not be paid with PayPal's friend option. If something "goes wrong", it is you who have made yourself punishable.
I would say: either normal via PayPal (including buyer protection) or not at all. With PayPal friends you have no security and you can't get a transfer back. These two payment options will surely rob you of your money if something isn't kosher!
