Switch game time is no longer updated?

The game time in my Nintendo Switch profile is no longer updated. I have restarted the console several times and checked whether it installed the latest update, but nothing changes. For example, I'm given a game time of 115 hours in a game, but there are only 90 hours in the profile. (The 25 hours have been added in the past few weeks and have not been updated over time.) Does anyone have any ideas on how to force the update? Nintendo Support couldn't help me: /
