Is the ps4 still worth it in 2020? - 1

My ps4 gave up a few weeks ago and I'm thinking about getting a pro now but as soon as the ps5 comes out I don't know if it's worth it. But I think now that it is not worth getting a ps5 for the launch price that will probably also have teething troubles now I think I should get a ps4 pro and then wait 2-3 years after the launch of the ps5 ne new ps5 comes out what do you think?

I don't think the PS5 has teething problems. I didn't have my very first generation PS4 either, at least for me.

In the end, you have to consider whether the 1 year of playing with it is worth 300 euro (PS4 Pro). In terms of performance, the PS5 is definitely a quantum leap. But that doesn't mean that a PS4 Pro will no longer be usable in the next 1 or 2 years.

Maybe a friend will lend you his PS4 when he's not using it. Or you are looking for a used one without accessories.
