I have a wireless repeater (Fritz! WLAN Repeater 310). My problem is that he gives some phones and my laptop Wi-Fi but some devices do not get Internet because they can't retrieve an IP address z.B other phones and the Playstation.
My question is why is it so the repeater can only record a certain number of devices if so how can I throw them out and how exactly do I do that then.
Or is that any other mistake someone knows about it?

That's ok. What does your Fritzbox tell you about login on the wireless network. Are the affected devices detected in the network? What does the log say when such a device wants to connect? Have you maybe a MAC address filter enabled?
