FIFA 20 - PS4 // Play online, change jersey after your opponent has been determined?

I have a problem when I play online on the PS4 FIFA 20 that an opponent is assigned to me and I can't change the shirt afterwards. Is that somehow possible? In offline mode you know your opponent and can choose the jersey accordingly.
