I always make my "career" so that I start as unterklassig as possible, turn the club once on the left and at some point in the highest league for championship and CL play along. Build youth scouting and have a team of talented talents on top level.
since the English offers 4 leagues and the German at least 3 leagues, it is usually an English or German team. The 2 league is eigtl me too high class for the start. It must be European, as I would like to join the CL someday. That America, Brazil etc is thus out.
I adapt to the stadium in advance, as I do not mind playing so high and then run aground in a stadium with 5000 seats.
as long as the above points are met, I'm not interested in startbudget or kaderstärke.
