Minecraft often crashes with the following error message?

Minecraft always crashes after a while. I can build normally and in a world, but at some point it gets stuck and I end up on the Ps4 homepage again.

Did anyone have this problem and could solve it? Or does someone know how to solve it?

I had it once, then I called Sony, and they said that I should delete it, switch off the Playsi and then download it again (it worked for me).
