When I'm in the game in a shop, hairdressing salon or workshop etc., it always says that I should press the right arrow key. But if I do that, nothing happens. I know that it is a known bug, but I can't find anywhere to fix it. I would think it stupid to spank each mission three times just so I can skip the shops.
I have never heard of such a software bug / bug but restart the game or even the Ps4.
Otherwise you have no two options
Either call the Playstation Support and ask and if they can't help write down Option 2 and controller times and check the parts if it is a hardware problem. Gives videos on YouTube how to get the controller apart and back together
