I have a problem with my ps4 controller, the left arrow key always moves when i press it not only to the left but also down. Here's an example. For example, if I press left in the PSN menu to select a game, then it also moves down, so to the activities, etc. I have the controller now for 2 ½ years, I can do something about it or are the normal aging?
The problem is not mechanical so try to open your controller and fix it, but in 50% of the time it will not work
I'm really miserable in that. Is there anything special to consider?
So I could explain it to you but here is a video and just taste the button
As long as the problem is not solved, I would alternatively use the left analog stick. Many gaming shops repair PS4 controllers relatively cheap. My R2 button has dropped me once and have the controller repaired for 10 euro. Using Google, you can find stores near you that can repair consoles and accessories.
