Should I return the defective product to Sony or from which I bought it?

I have a ps5 it sounds strange and yeah that's why I want to exchange it, money back whatever.

Opened the side panels and saw that the warranty seal is shifted (not straight), it may be because I opened the side panels (YOU CAN OPEN THEM)

And sony said if the guarantee seal was changed, there was no longer any guarantee on the product! But do not think that they are now so skeptical.

If I have a guarantee, the console is not even 3 weeks old!

Bought them at MyToys!

Now my question should I call sony and look for help or ask my toys and look for help there

It would be a real advantage if you could express yourself a little better, your entire text is rather strenuous to read.

Be that as it may… If the seal is broken / changed, the guarantee also expires. It wouldn't make sense to seal something if it didn't make a difference anyway. There are also additional options for sealing something; there's no need for a direct seal to be stuck on somewhere. You can also use the screws (one-way sealing screw) to determine whether they have been turned.

The customer often thinks he can outsmart the manufacturer, but there are many ways to detect a broken seal - more than the customer can perceive at first glance.

So when you send in your console all seals are checked and if it can be determined that you have opened the console in a way that is prohibited for the guarantee, then you will be denied a guarantee / warranty even after this short period of time is also legally secured. In such a case, you have violated your duty of care with regard to the guarantee agreement, which invalidates the guarantee (and thus also the warranty).

You are free to contact, but if you contact the seller you are putting the problem in his hands. If there's a defect, the seller will send the device in for repair. You can also contact Sony directly for further information.

I always contact the dealer and not the manufacturer directly for warranty items. The manufacturer would come into question for me if the dealer is unable to solve the problem, but this has not happened to me yet.

So…

They can check what they want.

I only opened the side wings (what is allowed)

And then I noticed that the guarantee seal is not exactly stuck in the housing, but you can't see the screw that is under the seal for a long time!

Sony can check whether I wanted to open it all the way, you won't find anything because I didn't intend to!

I also removed the fan, which is also allowed because it doesn't break the guarantee seal and according to reputable internet, yt channel sites it is allowed.

I wanted to see if there's a foreign body under the fan that is causing the annoying noises, but I can't find anything.

Now my question

Do you think they'll fix it anyway if the warranty seal is moved. They can't take away my warranty and guarantee because of that, that would be unfair

Sl

The question is how exactly the seal was 'moved', it can also have been attached in the factory.

If the seal is loose, i.e. No longer completely stuck, then this could be understood as a broken seal, if it is simply attached at an angle, nothing should be missing.

Everything is still stuck
