I have the following problem
My Playstation 4 (Slim) has been hanging for a while, but it is getting worse.
I do not know all that much about the whole & wanted to ask for advice.
I've downloaded a total of 4 games from the Playstation Store, one of which is Sims4 which is the biggest of them all (all the extensions - almost all of them).
I do not have Ps + because I do not really need it.
If I reset my Playstion, all scores on my games (Fortnite, Far Cry, Far Cry Primal & Sims4) will be lost. Habs already tried to make sure on the USB stick, but I have no home that would have the amount of memory I would need.
& so slowly I'm really baffled: /
Can anyone help me?
First of all I have about 1TB games on my PS4 Pro, since I pull all the games from the store, it probably will not be.

Whether or not your PS Slim hangs does not depend on how much space you have left.
Either it's up to the game itself. Or it's because of your PS Slim, but it's not guaranteed by your memory.
Because my memory is always pretty full and my PS does not hang. However, I also have a PS Pro.
What's left is that your PS4 does not have enough room to cool off. It may be that when the Playsi gets too hot that it hangs.

There's enough room to cool down. It stands quite normal on the sideboard & the sides of the PlayStation are free ♀️ Is there nothing around it?

Was very bad with Sims 3 on the PC. The standard game did not hang that way. But if you had downloaded more extensions, it has been leaked.
So my performance was not because other games that claimed a higher performance worked fine. So that was the PC at least…
As it is now with Sims 4 on the PS 4 I do not know. So it's not always said the developer studios bring out games that work great.
Some games are patched broken and then developers are no longer interested in it because it does not throw off any sales.
Maybe you can buy a PS 4 pro, i think maybe it will work better with a bit of luck. Or you can wait for the PS 5 because these SSD hard drives, and there should be at least the jerking away.
