Playstation 4 keeps hanging up every few minutes?

I have a big problem with my ps4 and it always hangs up after a certain amount of time… Sometimes it hangs a little then it works again and later it hangs completely. A few minutes later, my playstation just crashed. I've already tried everything in safety mode…

Could anyone help me, please?

Controller unplugged / repositioned / omitted / tested?

Yeah doesn't work

Just test it on a different TV / monitor or just plug in the cable the other way around / test something else.
