PS4 network failure despite internet?

Hi As the title says I suddenly have a problem with my PS4.

When I test the Internet connection everything is always successful, but when I try to use online functions I can't because the connection to the network is not possible. How can that be? Are there any general problems with the PS4's online functions? Google couldn't help me there and I have already got and connected a signal amplifier for the internet. I'm getting stuck.
