Not connected to the internet, despite internet?

After installing Windows 10, 2 times, this message comes every time (see picture). I have Internet on the PC, but Windows thinks I have no connection. I can't log in to my XBox account, etc. Thank you in advance!

Available networks does not work at all, there comes only a small gray window which tells you that there are no available networks.

Right click on the WLAN icon -> Network and Sharing Center -> Adapter Settings. What can you find there as an adapter for WLAN.
