FritzBox Problems with Internet dropouts (PS4)?

I live in a flat share with my buddy and we have a Fritzbox 7560 with a 100,000 line over VOdafone from Telekom. We both like to play PS4 together and both have a pro.

However, I often have the problem with my PS4 that the Internet suddenly cuts out, then the whole game freezes for about 20 seconds or I'm completely thrown out of the lobby. But he doesn't. We have already prioritized both PS4s in the router, but I'm at the end of my game about what that could be.

We're both connected via Wi-Fi and I'm even 5 meters and one wall closer to the box. I've already ruled out for myself that it is due to the internet connection, otherwise he would have the same problems.

Maybe someone can tell me how to fix this. It's really annoying. Thanks in advance. If you still need information (ports, etc.) let me know, I will deliver it)

Is it about Lan? Otherwise update the router software and set WLan to 2.4 GHz only, or 5 GHz only if all your devices support 5 GHz.

LAN will be difficult… But I'll try the other one tomorrow.

If the Internet fails periodically, then simply report a malfunction to Vodafone.

Since your PS4 is not connected to the (direct) internet, the internet can't fail.

If you can't tell apart things like LAN, WAN (Internet) etc., your description is unfortunately worthless, since you would have to guess what you mean exactly.

You could try to swap your PS4. If the problem then no longer exists, you know that it is not due to the WLAN of the FritzBox. Otherwise you can try to see if it works better over LAN. It is quite possible that the Wi-Fi module in the PS4 is no longer great.
