Can I play PlayStation Plus games with an expired subscription?

I have a problem:

I bought a PlayStation Plus subscription over a year, which expires this year. Now I want to download the game Detroit: Become Human in Digital Deluxe Edition from the PlayStation Plus Store. Can I still play the game when my contract expires or do I have to renew my subscription? I would just save 70 euro…

If it's one of the free monthly games, then you can't play it with an expired subscription.

You can play it as long as you have downloaded it if you only have it in the library, then you can't download it anymore and use it

So with me it is so that I can download the free monthly games I downloaded (even with abo) without abo. But do not stop online. And if you have to delete it because of too little memory space you can only download it again for free if you have an abo again (and oh well, if you do not know, you can't get the games you did not download later in the month in which they are free.)
