Do I have to reboot with gta5 on PC (from ps4)?

I signed in with my old R * account on my pc and install it right now. I got a gta5+ premium edition key at MMOGA for 12,99 euro. Am I then at the old score of the PS4 or I start all over again?

I have redeemed the key on my old account and am now afraid that I'm back on the same score as ps4.

ps: I want to start over with the criminal enterprise pack (from lvl1).

Before those complain about the criminal enterprise starterpack… I bought this for 1 euro more.

On the PC you start again. GTA is not cross-system. It is not even possible anymore (which was possible) to transfer the accounts from PS3 to PS4.
