SYMA DRONE (NEW) DEFECTIVE?

My new 100 euro-Syma drone (red, model X8Hg) arrived a few days ago, including a spare battery and spare parts (except for the replacement protective frame, which is still being ordered). A wrench set was also included (also with Torx for ps4 dust cleaning, unfortunately without the necessary Torx 9 haha).

I tested the drone today, but I have the spare battery and the battery / usb cable for the power bank at home. Do you suspect that the battery is empty after 5min flight time or overheated or product error?

I write afterwards whether the battery was the problem or not. Does Amazon have a 2-3 year warranty?
