I was banned from psn on January 28th, 2021 at 12:25 pm for 30 days, I saw that. And on the same day at 6:00 p.m. I was banned again, perma and I just don't understand it

Make yourself a second account 😬. You won't be able to do much more there. Ask a buddy with Ps Plus if he shares Ps Plus for you and then you'll have to wait. Experience has shown that support is not very cooperative.
Mostly it depends on the insults. Either way, a little deserved. You don't have to throw yourself around with insults.
True, did not know that there was perma for that. Was not under the spell for what that was and turn to the support if you think it was unjustified
