Could sony reset my password?

I forgot my Ps4 password and I can't reset it via email because I entered the wrong date

You could call Sony and ask for a password reset, but you'd have to prove that you own your account.

You could prove it to them by emailing you or texting you, or your PS4 serial number.

Just do what they tell you.
