Waiting for PS5 or buying and assembling a gaming PC?

I have a normal PS4 but I lost my charm a little bit at the moment.

Should I wait for the PS5, the 2019/20 comes out or I assemble a gaming PC. About half of my friends have a ps4 and the others a PC. Could dispense with the PS5 and then assemble a PC. Budget: about 1000 euro
