Where can I get this part from and is it necessary for the Playstation to work?

I once completely disassembled my Ps4 after 6 years and removed all the dust + renewed the thermal paste and replaced the heat pads. BUT while assembling it I noticed that this part (below in the picture) can no longer be found. Can I just leave it out and continue assembling the Ps4 WITHOUT causing any problems at some point? And if not, where can I order the part from? It felt like it took me 30 minutes to even find a picture of it on the internet. What do I have to google to order? LG
