Pre-order Ps4 game on CD, is the bonus still included?

I have to pre-order the new The last of us 2.

It costs 69.99 euro digitally in the Playstation Store but wanted to pre-order it on CD for the same price.

if you pre-order digitally in the store you get a bonus such as special weapons or avatars.

Now my question: is the bonus only included if I buy it digitally or if I buy the CD?

Buy it from otto.de but there's also z.b. Amazon and I can't find any information on the pages.

You then have a code in the box and you can redeem it in the store. Then you can download your bonus.
