Is there a 2-fold jack adapter to USB?

Have namely a headset (Headset with micro) which as a connection only 2 jack has one for the sound of the other for the micro

Is there an adapter to USB and PS4 would then be so clear?

You need something then your Headset works with the connection to the controller
