I bought a PS4 pro on eBay classifieds. I paid with PayPal and it was sent. Now the package has arrived but without ps4! That was the ovp but there was only a thick book in it and a few newspapers. I wrote to the seller and asked if he knew anything about it. He just said that I should lie and tell the truth. Now I have written to PayPal but I'm only supposed to prove that I was not. I can't send more than one photo. How does it go on now? PayPal does not respond and seller threatens me with an advertisement.

And again someone who has deliberately overlooked the warnings in the classified ads and is crying afterwards.
Classifieds = delivery of goods for cash on site.
The UK can register for the classifieds with Mr. Mickey Mouse from Entenhausen.

How should that be a threat? You can display everything and everyone.
No, goods and services
File criminal charges for fraud. The police may also be able to request data on the weight of the package - if this has been weighed by DHL and the data has been saved. (Becomes problematic if the magazines weighed exactly the same as the PS4 - the guy was probably a professional fraudster. Other people are welcome to report, but you have to report it.)
Why? The PS4 was sent properly. Or can you prove the opposite? No you can't.
Known scam - from both sides!

Or YOU are the cheater
